Saw 999 reviews, so I had to leave one. From the table snooping I did to others waiting for my drinks, there doesn't look like a single dish this place does poorly. The salmon burger with fries and the mixed berries cobbler are pictured and both were fantastic. I don't typically hit the same restaurant up twice when I am traveling, but I would make an exception for this one.

This was a great meal and experience. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The Old Fashioned was most excellent. As were the bolognese and crab/ shrimp cakes. Nice use of flavors that really complemented the dishes rather than taking away from the dish. Our server was professional and friendly. She represented the area well and mixed an outstanding cocktail.
My wife and I visited this place mid-week for lunch. The food was outstanding! She had the Fish & Chips and I had the Fish Wrap with fries. The Aperol Spritz weren't up to our expectations. But the view of the Columbia River over Hood River was stunning! We will definitely return.
Wow. Wonderful backdrop, amazing food, excellent service. You need to try this when in the area. We are staying at Skamania Lodge so only a 35 min drive. We had the crab cakes app so good. The crab stuffed sole was fresh. The halibut super tender. Would definitely return.
The restaurant delivered an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. I ordered the beef and shrimp, both cooked perfectly—flavorful, tender, and well-seasoned. While the calamari was just okay and not something I’d order again, the meal ended on a high note with the creme brulee, which was absolutely delicious—smooth, creamy, and with the perfect caramelized top. The ambience was warm and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. What really stood out was the service—our server was absolutely fantastic! She was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic spot that I’d happily return to. Can’t wait to visit this place again next time I’m in Hood River!
Highly recommend this spot in Hood River for lunch or dinner! It’s in a historic renovated building up on the hill with great patio views of the Columbia River. We felt the prices were very reasonable for the high quality, delicious food. Rosi served us promptly with relaxed charm and made wonderful suggestions. She suggested a Raspberry cheesecake dessert, made from scratch in their kitchen. I think it’s the best cheesecake I have ever had. The perfect end to a great lunch. Also highly recommend the pulled pork sandwich! So glad we found this amazing restaurant, you will not be disappointed. These folks take great pride in their business, not to be missed if you are in Hood River!
Chloe was our waitress and she was super cool. Super informative and very nice to deal with. We really liked the food here. The drinks here we had it at sunset, right?
